To Love Is To Forgive
Love in our hearts so powerfully acts
Forgives one and all and never wracks
Never hurts but ever instills many hopes
To move forward to avail life's myriad scopes
Love adds a new chapter and never ends
Keeps life moving through turns and bends
It never demands but forever mends
Our hearts' unseen wounds, so befriends
It never questions, but forever accepts
With open hands to the blest or wept
'tis like the light of the sun
That even lights the clouds which blocks him often
Love walks with forgiveness and is forever strong
Showers mercies even to him who does him wrong.
