When a Year Departs Humanity Remains
يرحل عام 2025 ببطء، كمن يحمل على كتفيه ثقل العالم ثم يمضي بصمت. لم يكن عامًا عاديًا، ولا رقمًا في تقويم، بل كان اختبارًا قاسيًا لإنسانية الإنسان، وصدق المتطوع، وشجاعة المسعف.
The year 2025 departs slowly, as if carrying the weight of the world on its shoulders before leaving in silence. It was not an ordinary year, nor just a number on a calendar, but a profound test of human compassion, volunteer sincerity, and responder courage.
في 2025، لم تكن الأحداث تُقرأ في نشرات الأخبار فقط، بل كُتبت على الأرصفة، وعلى أيدي المسعفين، وفي أنفاس المصابين، وفي عيون المتطوعين الذين تعلّموا أن يركضوا نحو الخطر لا بعيدًا عنه.
In 2025, events were not only read in news headlines. They were written on sidewalks, on the hands of first responders, in the breath of the injured, and in the eyes of volunteers who learned to run toward danger, not away from it.
كان عامًا قالت فيه الحياة: من يعرف ينقذ، ومن يتدرّب يصمد.
It was a year in which life declared: those who know, save; and those who train, endure.
2025… عام الألم الذي أنجب الوعي
2025: A Year of Pain That Gave Birth to Awareness
في هذا العام، لم تكن الإسعافات الأولية مادة تدريبية، بل أصبحت لغة حياة. تحوّلت قاعات التدريب إلى خطوط دفاع أولى، وتحولت المحاضرات إلى لحظات فاصلة بين الحياة والموت.
In this year, first aid was not merely a training subject; it became a language of survival. Training halls turned into first lines of defense, and lectures became decisive moments between life and death.
في الشارع، في العمل، في الميدان، وحتى عبر المنصات الرقمية، كان هناك دائمًا متدرب يتعلم، ومتطوع يجرّب، ومسعف يثبت أن المعرفة حين تُزرع بصدق تُثمر إنقاذًا.
In the streets, workplaces, field operations, and even across digital platforms, there was always a trainee learning, a volunteer trying, and a responder proving that when knowledge is planted with sincerity, it yields salvation.
علّمنا 2025 أن الإنسانية لا تحتاج ضجيجًا، بل تحتاج موقفًا.
2025 taught us that humanity does not need noise; it needs a stance.
2026… عام نختاره باسمه الإنساني
2026: A Year We Choose to Name by Its Humanity
ومع رحيل 2025، نفتح أبواب 2026 لا بوصفه عامًا جديدًا فقط، بل بوصفه فرصة جديدة للإنسان، عامًا تتقدّم فيه القيم قبل الشعارات.
As 2025 departs, we open the doors of 2026 not merely as a new year, but as a new chance for humanity—a year where values come before slogans.
نريده عامًا تُسمّى فيه الأيام بأسمائها الإنسانية: عام الرحمة، عام التطوع، عام الإنقاذ، وعام “مسعف في كل بيت”.
We want it to be a year whose days are named by human meanings: a Year of Compassion, a Year of Volunteering, a Year of Saving Lives, and a Year of “A First Responder in Every Home.”
عام تكون فيه المبادئ السبعة حاضرة لا على الورق، بل في الميدان: الإنسانية، عدم التحيّز، الحياد، الاستقلال، الخدمة التطوعية، الوحدة، والعالمية.
A year in which the Seven Principles are not written on paper, but lived in the field: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, and Universality.

Moments from 2025 That Cannot Be Forgotten
في عام 2025، لم تؤلمني الأرقام بقدر ما آلمتني الوجوه. وجوه أشخاص التقيتهم في لحظات لم يكن فيها شيء طبيعي، إلا إنسانيتهم.
In 2025, it was not the numbers that hurt me most, but the faces. Faces I encountered in moments where nothing was normal—except their humanity.
المشهد الأول: متطوع بلا أدوات
Scene One: A Volunteer with No Tools
رأيت متطوعًا يقف في الشارع، لا يحمل سوى يديه وقلبه. لم تكن لديه حقيبة إسعاف، لكنه كان يضغط على نزيف مصاب بقطعة قماش من قميصه، وهو يهمس: “لا تخف… أنا هنا”.
ذلك المشهد علّمني أن التطوع ليس ما نملكه، بل ما نكونه.
I saw a volunteer standing in the street with nothing but his hands and his heart. No first aid kit—only a piece of cloth torn from his shirt to stop bleeding, whispering, “Don’t be afraid… I’m here.” That moment taught me that volunteering is not what we have, but who we are.
المشهد الثاني: متدربة عبر الشاشة
Scene Two: A Trainee Behind a Screen
خلال تدريب أونلاين، كانت هناك متدربة تتابع الدرس بصوت متقطع. لاحقًا علمت أنها كانت تتعلم الإسعافات الأولية بينما القصف قريب من منزلها.
قالت لي: “أريد أن أتعلم… ربما أحتاج هذا الليلة.”
تلك الجملة ما زالت ترنّ في قلبي.
During an online training session, a trainee followed the lesson through a broken connection. Later I learned she was studying first aid while shelling echoed near her home. She said, “I want to learn… I might need this tonight.” That sentence still echoes in my heart.
المشهد الثالث: مصاب يسأل عن غيره
Scene Three: An Injured Person Asking About Others
في إحدى الحوادث، كان المصاب ينزف ويتألم، لكنه أمسك بيدي وسألني: “هل الآخرون بخير؟”
في تلك اللحظة، فهمت أن الإنسانية لا تُصاب حتى عندما يُصاب الجسد.
In one incident, a wounded man was bleeding and in pain, yet he held my hand and asked, “Are the others safe?” In that moment, I realized that humanity does not bleed—even when the body does.
المشهد الرابع: طفل يتعلم الإسعاف
Scene Four: A Child Learning First Aid
طفل صغير رفع يده في تدريب وقال ببراءة: “إذا سقطت أمي، هل أستطيع إنقاذها؟”
كان السؤال بسيطًا، لكنه حمّلني مسؤولية أكبر من أي محاضرة.
A young child raised his hand during training and asked innocently, “If my mother falls, can I save her?” It was a simple question, but it carried more responsibility than any lecture.
أمنية لعام 2026
A Wish for 2026
هذه المواقف شكّلتني، وأثرت في مسيرتي، لكنها أيضًا أتعبت قلبي.
أتمنى في عام 2026 ألا نضطر لتعلّم الإسعاف تحت القصف، ولا أن نضغط النزيف بقمصاننا، ولا أن يتعلم الأطفال الإسعافات خوفًا على أهلهم.
These moments shaped me and deeply affected my journey, but they also exhausted my heart. In 2026, I hope we no longer have to learn first aid under bombardment, stop bleeding with our clothes, or teach children lifesaving skills out of fear for their parents.
أتمنى أن يكون عام 2026 عامًا نستخدم فيه ما تعلمناه للوقاية لا للطوارئ، وللإنقاذ قبل الكارثة، وللحياة لا للبقاء فقط.
I hope 2026 will be a year where we use what we learned for prevention, not emergencies; for saving lives before disaster strikes; and for living—not merely surviving.
لأن بعض الدروس قاسية…
ونتمنى ألا يعيدها الزمن.
Because some lessons are too painful—and we hope time never repeats them.

A Message to 2026
يا عام 2026، نستقبلك ونحن أكثر وعيًا، وأكثر تدريبًا، وأكثر إيمانًا بأن الإنسان يمكن إنقاذه إذا وُجد من يستعد.
O 2026, we welcome you more aware, better trained, and more convinced that human lives can be saved—if someone is prepared.
نستقبلك بأيدٍ تعلّمت الإسعاف، وبقلوب اختارت التطوع، وبعقول تؤمن أن بناء الإنسان هو أعظم استثمار في أي زمن.
We welcome you with hands trained in first aid, hearts committed to volunteering, and minds that believe building the human being is the greatest investment of any era.
يرحل 2025، لكن ما زرعه من وعي وتجربة ومسؤولية باقٍ، ويأتي 2026 لا نطلب منه المعجزات، بل نطلب منه فرصة لنكون أكثر إنسانية وأكثر التزامًا وأقرب إلى جوهر التطوع الحقيقي.
2025 departs, but what it planted—awareness, experience, and responsibility—remains. And 2026 arrives; we do not ask it for miracles, but for the chance to be more humane, more committed, and closer to the true essence of volunteering.
عام جديد… بمبادئ متجددة، وإنسان لا يتخلى عن الإنسان.
A new year… with renewed principles, and a human who never abandons another human.
